Key Responsibilities
- Ability to demonstrate competence in all hair styles, nails, hair cutting and massage techniques, and be willing to expand your skill set through additional training.
- Having a strong desire to learn, grow, and excel while working in the salon. Embrace new techniques and stay open to continuous improvement.
- Good communication, follow instructions and directions accurately, while also being ready to constructive feedback, criticism for personal and professional development.
- Able to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring each client leaves the salon feeling confident and satisfied.
